My name is Robert Johnson and I am the owner of Warrior Fireworks. The passion I have for fireworks is undeniable. The smell, the colors, the noises, the people, and most importantly, the memories they create. As a child I saved my money all year just to empty the piggy bank to purchase the yearly fireworks stash. I tortured every member of my family begging them to take me to every stand possible. These trips were spent studying the fireworks, asking questions from the workers, planning out my budget, then begging for just a little more money from whomever took me when it was time to pay.

My mom still tells stories about me as a young child and how I have always loved fireworks. I remember that I would line them all up in the garage in the order I wanted to shoot them off on the big night. I would spend hours arranging and rearranging the order so it would be just perfect. My poor family would then sit through a multi hour event which included me announcing the name and description of each firework they were about to see. It never failed that about 2/3 the way through my grandpa would yell "How much longer do we have left?". That was my clue to move on to the larger items and pick up the pace before my audience revolted and left the greatest fireworks show ever.

This love and passion carried me to my first job. Of course it was at a local firework stand. I drove my street legal dirt bike on the back roads (maybe illegally) as a middle school kid to the greatest job ever. I had to have been the best employee in the world. I was educated, motivated, and loved talking about fireworks. The lady who afforded me my first job is like a grandma to me. I would come back every summer even in college to work for her. She eventually opened a big air conditioned warehouse which was full of even more fireworks. I continued working for her until I had the opportunity to start my own business 30 years later. This lifetime of experience has prepared me to continue working at the greatest job ever, selling fireworks.

My wife and I are both school teachers and have 3 children. They are the best supporting cast I could ever want. They are helping their crazy dad and husband chase his dream of owning his own fireworks business. Hard work, a love of life, and my faith are the core values which have enabled me to be successful as a teacher, coach, and business owner. I will always strive to offer the best selection at the most affordable prices. I will never forget that there are others out there who save all year and work so hard to earn the money they use to buy their fireworks. What a blessing it is when they choose Warrior Fireworks. Thank you all and have a blessed day.
